David Guillod to IPG as partner

David Guillod, a classic partner and mind of motion picture talent at UTA and Handprint Entertainment, is returning to his management roots, joining literary management company Intellectual Property Group just like a partner. Guillod, who joins partners Laurence Becsey, Joel Gotler, Jerry Kalajian, John Lipson and Amy Schiffman, can produce a talent management division, Intellectual Artist Management. Following Guillod to IPG will probably be longtime talent manager Rob Morrone and Mike Carr, a classic agent friend of Guillod's at UTA. "We've labored carefully together for just about any very very long time," Guillod as well as the IPG partners mentioned in the joint statement. "We view this relationship just like a natural and smart easily fit into the aggressive growth and development of our talent and literary business, along with an opportunity to carry onto improve our global vision inside the packaging within our source material." The extended company will represent an assorted report on clients including Paul Haggis, Bobby Moresco, Dennis Lehane, Demian Bichir, Michael Connelly, James Ellroy, Yann Martel, Ken Bruen, Gabrielle Union, Jesse Fasion, William Fichtner, Joyce Carol Oates, Andre Dubus III and Oni Press, together with the estates of Stephen Ambrose, Jim Thompson and Mark Twain. IPG's source material makes up about such current and past TV hits as "Boardwalk Empire," "True Blood stream," "Criminal Minds" and "Rome," throughout the film side, it's "Shutter Island," "The Ultimate King of Scotland," "The Lincoln subsequently subsequently Lawyer" and "London Boulevard" towards the credit.
